| |Machinery and Equipment Department provides its specialized equipment, machinery and services to its potential customers for the implementation of various oil and gas projects. As one of the largest and most experienced EPCI contractors in Iran, IOEC has been involved with various construction and installation projects of large offshore structures. These projects include fabrication and installation of jackets and platforms. Considering the volume of the work completed and the enormity of these construction projects, IOEC has taken important steps to acquire the required machinery and equipment. Machinery and Equipment Department has the expertise to manage engineering and technical teams to operate, repair and maintain the equipment and machinery for various projects.Machineries:CranesMachinery and Equipment Department offers its capabilities by leasing out, operating and implementing offshore and onshore projects. IOEC now benefits from a heavy duty LAMPSON crane capable of lifting up to 1500 mt. This heavy duty crane can lift and install structures and equipment for power stations and petrochemical industries. Our LAMPSON crane is the only one of its type and capability in the Middle East. Additionally the company has various cranes with lifting capacities ranging from 80 to 400 mt.
KAMAG 1409 HS 4E Self Propelled Trailers (SPT):
IOEC’s two KAMAG 1409 HS 4E are remote-controlled Self Propelled Trailers (SPT) that are platform vehicles each with 2 rows of 9 axel lines weighing 74 mt with a transportation capacity of 350 mt. The 12-cylinder Deutz Diesel engines enable these transporters to reach the maximum speed (running empty) of 10 km/hr.
The length of each SPT is 20670 mm and the width is 4500 mm which is suitable for transportation of large objects such as platforms, oil refining equipment, heavy motors, large bridge sections, and other objects that are too big or heavy even for heavy duty trailers and trucks. SPTs can turn, move sideways, or even spin in place.
Additionally the SPTs can be attached side by side or in a tandem format loading approximately 700 mt.
IOEC is fully equipped to conduct onshore and offshore operations. Some of the equipment used for our operations are as follows:
Jacket Leveling tools (JLT):
To level templates, manifolds and jackets, the leveling system consists of a tabular frame with an outside diameter of 960 mm providing the possibility to stab piles of minimum 42”. It is equipped with conical bottom ends. Internal Lifting Tools (ILT): The exterior of our ILT equipment has an annular body with a lower cone at its end facilitating the entry to the pile where a set of centering guides is aimed for protecting the gripping segments. The ILT is internally made up of a tapered mandrel, equipped with a hoisting eyebolt at its upper end.
Depending on project requirements, each leveling system can be adapted to various inside diameters of up to 72” by means of welded-on spacer brackets.
IHC Hydro-hammer: Our IHC Hydro-hammer is a universal, electronically controlled, hydraulic impact hammer, suitable for steel piles and underwater operations.
Our Hydro-hammer complies with strict international standards of pile driving. Its operation control system is equipped with a computer, enabling its operator to control and register the hammer’s performance parameters.
IOEC’s hydraulic wire-rope pulling jack is designed for pipe laying in shore-pull operations. It has a pulling capacity of 250 mt.
Heavy Lifting Sling and Shackle:
IOEC uses slings with a size range of 96 mm up to 360 mm and shackles with a capacity of 110 mt to 1250 mt
