Heavy duty crane vessel is classified as a modern multipurpose floating crane and pipe laying special purpose ship. The vessel has strengthened its open deck for heavy cargo. This vessel is unique in the world of marine construction with Dynamic Positioning (DP2) capability. This DP2 vessel operates in water depths of 7 meters and has deep water capabilities with its world class production pipe-laying and heavy-lifting equipment capacities.

DP3- Pipe layer
This pipe layer vessel is a modern multipurpose Dynamic Positioning (DP3) vessel. The DP3 vessel has an advanced hull design as a pipe layer, installation and accommodation vessel. The vessel can be equipped to carry out diving, pile driving, flexible pipe laying and/or subsea installation.
 
She has set a personnel record of laying 235 joints per day for 32 inch pipes. It also has a record for laying pipes with a rate of 4.2 Km per day for pipes 10 inch in diameter. In addition the DP3 vessel can accommodate 276 personnel which can be extended to 350 as needed.

ABOUZAR 1200
 
 ABOUZAR 1200 is classed as a self-propelled heavy lift/ pipe-layer vessel with a lifting capacity of about 1000 Mt.

 
She has a record for pipe-laying with a rate of 1.7 Km per day for 30 inch pipes.

The length of this vessel stands at 177.8 m while its width is 39.2 m with a moulded depth of 12.3 m.

The pipe-laying capacity of this vessel is for pipes between 4 to 56 inches in diameter and she can have a speed of 11.4 knots, with an accommodation capacity of 250 persons.

Sea Pearl Accommodation Barge
 
This vessel is classified as an offshore accommodation work barge with an overall length of 102 meters, a moulded width of 30 meters and a moulded depth of 6 meters that provides good stability in offshore operations. 
 
 
She has four double drum winches and eight anchor wires with a capacity of holding 150 Mt which results in efficient station-keeping during offshore operations.

This fully air-conditioned barge accommodates 350 personnel complying with ILO 92.

The barge is fit to provide different types of services near platform such as renovation, hook up, commissioning and start up operations.  

ABOUZAR 81
 
Classified as an accommodation and hook-up barge, Abouzar 81 has two diesel generators and a ballast system (2 pumps). It has an overall length of 84.4 meters, moulded width of 28 meters and molded depth of 6.3 meters.

This fully air-conditioned barge accommodates 250 personnel. After the addition of its mobile crane, Abouzar 81 has been fitted to provide renovation services to platforms and hook, commissioning and start up operations.

ABOUZAR 110
 
With a 2800 m2 deck space, this launch barge has two diesel generators and a ballast system (with 6 portable pumps and 3 fixed ballast pumps).

This launch barge has an overall length of 110 meters, moulded width of 29.4 meters and molded depth of 7.5 meters.

The capacity of launching jackets for this barge is 6000 Mt and the barge is able to transport topsides weighing more than 10000 Mt.

ABOUZAR 114
 
This accommodation, construction and hook up barge is equipped with diesel generators and a ballast system (3 pumps).
 
 
The barge has an overall length of 114.35 meters, moulded depth of 6.6m and moulded width of 29.4 meters. It accommodates 196 personnel in fully air-conditioned environment.

ANNETTE
 
This Derrick shallow water pipe-laying barge has a length of 58.52 meters, width of 18.29 meters and depth of 4.27 meters with a capacity to lay pipes of 4" to 24" in diameter even in a water depth of less than 5m.

It accommodates 114 personnel in an air-conditioned environment.


TRENCH I
 
The standard dismountable cutter dredger CSD 500 is well equipped to operate in a wide range of coastal zones with several materials up to compact sand clay. It is specialized for maintenance and land reclamation work also in shallow water areas.
 


The dredger is optimized for dredging compact soils. Its main parameters includes a dredging depth of 14 meters, discharge diameter of 500 mm and a total installed power of 1,500 kw.

SCORPION
 
This self-propelled cutter suction dredger has an overall length of 86 meters; breath moulded of 14 meters and moulded depth of 3.5 meters. It has a suction/ discharge of 0.65/ 0.60 meters and maximum/ minimum dredging depth of 27/ 5 meters.
ASO1 Crew Boat
 
ASO 1 crew boat is an optimized version of the successful Norway design that is built to assist in fast transfer of offshore personnel and deck cargo (31.6 m2). ASO1 has 48 passenger seats. It is powered by 2 high speed diesel engines driving 2 FPP propellers to produce speeds in excess of 25 knots. The design is driven to optimize speed and seaworthiness in order to ensure swift transfer of personnel while maximizing crew comfort.
