The engineering department covers Basic, FEED & Detail engineering as well as construction and installation engineering for IOEC’s EPCI projects in pipeline, SPM and platform designs.
The department systematically collates and analyses various data and feedback, and incorporates them into engineering experience, methodologies, and lessons learned. This empowers the engineering department to be directly involved during procurement, fabrication, and installation and to optimize and improve its activities.
The IOEC Engineering Department has a comprehensive database of project activities, methods, and knowledge. The department complies with the latest global standards and uses internationally-recognized software as well as in-house developed packages.
The Information Center and Technical Archives (ITCA) of the IOEC engineering department has access to the latest information about oil and gas industry standards and specifications and provides support to IOEC engineers
